Rubber Insulated Blankets
Rubber blankets are a versatile cover-up device best suited for protection against accidental contact of linemen's bodies with irregular shaped line hardware or apparatus where no specific cover is made available. Proliner can offer rubber blankets in three voltage classes: Class 0 with maximum use voltage of 1000 volts, Class 2 with a maximum use of 17 kV, and class 4 with maximum use of 36 kV. Solid Eyelet Style Blanket Eyelet style blankets allow for easy securing with blanket pins and snap buttons.	Slotted Style Blanket Slotted style blankets are available to increase the versatility and flexibility of a standard blanket for special cover-up requirements.	Low Voltage Blankets Low voltage (class 0) blankets have a maximum use voltage of 1000 volts.
Blanket Storage Canister Proper storage of blankets is important. Blankets should always be stored flat or in a canvas roll-up or canister and should never be stored folded, creased or compressed in any manner. Molded in bright orange, high-impact polyethylene to protect insulating blanskets when not in use. A tight fitting cap is secured to the canister with a polypropylene rope. They are a safe and convenient container for blankets when carried on line trucks, in-service cars and stored in warehouses.	Blanket Roll-Ups Blanket roll ups provide a safe and convenient means of protecting blankets from damage while in transport or storage. Ruggedly constructed of 12oz water resistant duck with 12" side flaps to confine the blankets into position and prevent damage to the edges. Two heavy web straps with buckles close the roll-up, and a double web cross strap serves as a carrying handle.
