Plastic guards

Pole Guards, constructed Type 1 high impact plastic, are available in 6, 9 and 12 inch diameters and are rated at 34.6 kV. Guards protect personnel people working from isolating platforms and buckets.

Versa and Link Guards make use of air and dielectric strength of plastic to provide total insulating value. Both are constructed in 7" diameter and a hook shaped inner lip to keep the guard in place. Versa guards are rated for 34.5 kV and Link guards are rated for 72.5 kV.

These guards are for use when weight is a consideration. These covers are rated for 26.4 kV. Available in 5ft and 6ft lengths.
